Unprofessional I have a problem with my car started at 10 miles. I was told by the assistant manager that the mechanics don’t test drive because they work on commiss I have a problem with my car started at 10 miles. Horrible My experience with this dealership, including the service department has been horrible. This was my first car. The financial manager, Luis Valdes, tal My experience with this dealership, including the service department has been horrible. This was my first car. The financial manager, Luis Valdes, talked me into every possible add on, including a lowjack which he assured me would lower my monthly insurance payment. It did not lower my payments. I went back the next day, it was never installed, and asked for a refund. I was denied. I called Toyota Corporate and Lowjack they were no help. I spent over an hour in the dealership and was told I would get a refund for the full amount applied to my loan, this was in writing signed by Luis. That was over 8 months ago and still has not applied to my account. As far as the service department I made an appointment to have my electric key copied when I arrived they told me they did not have the parts and that I needed to make another appointment. Furthermore they said it was my responsibility to check when I made the appointment that they had the parts, even though the knew what type of key it was and what the appointment was for. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! More

The worst I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota becau I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota because a/c was not working and they charged me $1,162 because they found a pinhole in the condenser. My question is: where is the warranty for my car that is within a year with 5,000 miles??? Toyota do not care about customer at all. People should be aware of this and go to a real brand dealer that will show more gratitude and appreciation. I will never buy this brand again and I will never recommend recommend Toyota as a matter of fact it is in my worst card experience. I am completely disappointed and I will give the worst review to this brand More
