The worst I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota becau I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota because a/c was not working and they charged me $1,162 because they found a pinhole in the condenser. My question is: where is the warranty for my car that is within a year with 5,000 miles??? Toyota do not care about customer at all. People should be aware of this and go to a real brand dealer that will show more gratitude and appreciation. I will never buy this brand again and I will never recommend recommend Toyota as a matter of fact it is in my worst card experience. I am completely disappointed and I will give the worst review to this brand More

Bait-and-switch Negotiated a deal on a 2019 White Highlander XLE AWD, provided my credit card number to show my intent and when time came to pick up the vehicle the v Negotiated a deal on a 2019 White Highlander XLE AWD, provided my credit card number to show my intent and when time came to pick up the vehicle the very next day the salesman went back on his word from the deal we made just 12 hours prior over the phone. Very poor way of doing business, dealers and salesman like this give other trustworthy dealers a bad name. Shame on you! More

Taken Advantage of - Beware! This dealer exploited and took advantage overcharging me on a lease significantly and taking my trade in. I should have done my homework, but thought This dealer exploited and took advantage overcharging me on a lease significantly and taking my trade in. I should have done my homework, but thought AAA, BJ's, Union would cards would get me the best price and not have to put me in a position to have to haggle! The salesman didn't even stay for me to leave with my car. Do your homework before visiting this dealer or better yet find a dealer that is trustworthy!!! More
