Service/Instection of my Toyota Camry I had made an appointment for 9:45am to get my car inspected. I could not wait till 9:45am so I took a chance and showed up at 7:30am (more than 2 hrs before my scheduled appointment). Needless to say I put the Service Manager Mark in an awkward position by requesting my appointment be moved up to 8:00am. With the Service Center heavily booked for the day, I very much appreciated Mark going out of his way and taking care of me including a free car wash. I got done and left the dealership by 8:30am. Thanks to Mark for going over and above what was expected of the dealership. More
