George/Jorge explained everything down to showing me moving parts online. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Jamie Nussbaum did help me the next day when I returned the loaner and retrieved my own car. His attention and assistance was impeccable as always!!! Kudos also to the gentleman on the 'loaner' desk. Sorry, I don't remember his name. (He looks like a popular singer of my [baby boomer] generation.) He is a gem! More

As a first-time buyer I expect to get knocked over the head when I step into a dealership but my experience at Westbury Toyota proved otherwise. The professionals I dealt with, Aldemar Cagua and Fernando Baireiro were very helpful in ensuring that I was educated on and was comfortable with all that comes from buying a new vehicle. They walked me through every step of the way and I feel like I walked away with a reasonable price. They were absolutely professional, kind and I will happily do business with them or any of the excellent staff at Westbury Toyota again. Also, when I had a concern about my new 2018 Tacoma, the sales manager, Julian Gonzalez, stepped in and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He understood exactly what my concern was and quickly remedied the situation in a way that was both professional and concise. He clearly held himself and his staff to a high standard that clearly showed in the way they addressed my concern and made my day. I thank Aldemar, Fernando, Julian and everyone at Westbury Toyota that made my experience pleasurable and exciting. I received a few quotes via email from few more dealers but was impressed with the one from Westbury Toyota. After few phone calls I was invited to the showroom which I did. I was greeted warmly like the first dealership and was told that a salesperson would be with me in a few minutes but because of my last experience, I was a little impatience so I asked who is coming to assist me, then I heard a voice saying, I will be your guy, that made me laugh. It was Collin Guida. I told him the Rav4 I needed to finance but after receiving the figures for the monthly payment I realized it was out of my budget so he recommended leasing. I have never lease before so I had many questions and concerns. Collin was very knowledgeable , friendly and accomodating, but to make me feel more comfortable he asked one of the manager, Juliam Gonzalez to join us, and guess what, I was aken into a private office and they spend over an hour explaining the difference between financing and leasing. I was very impressed because they made me feel special. At the end of it all, I decided that I need to go home and think about it. I was not force to make a decision right there and then, In few days, I was back to see my guy, Collin. He is not the typical pushy and aggressive salesperson as other dealership are, he is calm, talk with respect but at the same time know how to get you to the place to make a comfortable decision.. He wanted to close the deal but he also had my interest at heart which was great. I finally decided to go with the leasing and was give a great deal.. The process was long bu at the end I was very happy driving out in my new 2018 Rav4. Excellent Let me start by saying this is my third lease with Collin. My first was my first car ever. I walked into toyota and simply aked collin for a cheap but solid car that wouldnt kill me on gas... he led me to the corolla sport model which was in my price range, he got me everything i asked for and under my price range. About a year later the car was totaled when someone rear ended me, a day before my wedding. I called collin since he had given me his contact information and he came through yet again! He was so sympathetic in an already stressful situation. Within an hour he got me a new car and again affordable price since i was newly married. Throughout my 3 year lease collin always checked in, talk abot costumer service, seeing if the car was okay and if i needed anything concerning the car. Before my lease was up he contacted me to to assure me that when i was ready he would be availble to help me with my next car. Well today my husband and i went in ready to upgrade from our corolla, collin and grace worked with us and got us our dream car ! Dream team! They were accomodating, had great personalities and were super helpful. I travel from queens, bypass several toyota dealerships to go to collin and will continue as long as he is there!! More
