Great experience Alex was great. He put me in a RAV4 instead of the Camry because he said I needed the extra safety features that it had and the RAV4 was higher up whi Alex was great. Super nice & fast service I had to make an emergency appointment because my front passenger run-flat tire was losing air pressure. I wanted to replace both front tires, to maintain balance - Jamie Nussbaum was my service technician. Jamie made sure I got a loaner car, so I could run my errands and pick my kids up from school while they put new tires on my car. The whole process was easy and quick. The test drive went very smoothly, and I was taken care of quickly. When I explained to my sales person Jerod Gatling that there were 2 other makes of vehicles I wanted to test drive first, before making my decision, he was totally understanding and pressured me in no way. I did much research before deciding on the car I wanted to buy, along with price and dealership ratings. My comfort level with the test drive, and working with Jerod Gatling brought me back to Westbury Toyota, with hopes of negotiating a deal that I would be happy and comfortable with. Not only did the deal I got surpass my expectations, Jerod Gatling, my sales person, put my comfort level first, making sure I was good with all aspects of the price and options that were coming with the car. Picking up the car a few days later was also very pleasant, with no surprises or high pressure to sign up for extras. The whole process was made very easy, and I left with a feeling of dignity. I highly recommend this dealer, and would most definitely purchase another car from it. More
