I needed a new rear windshield because it was causing static on my FM radio. Toyota knew about this problem. When I brought my car in, Jonathan Munoz took care of me. When he told me that the windshield had to be ordered, he immediately set me up with a loaner car. It took an extra day than it should have, but Jonathan kept calling me to keep me up to date on what was happening. His professional and caring service was 5 star. More

It is a pleasure to bring my car in and leave it there knowing that if there are any unforeseen issues I will get a call before anything is done. That is respect. I am also VERY impressed that my car's needs are not a bother to this service center.Many places make you feel like they are doing YOU a favor by fixing your car. When Toyota offers a SERVICE center that is exactly what you get! I chose to leave my car and go to work on the day of my check up. No problem with them at all. In fact Amanda D assured me that I could wait if i wanted to and I would not be late for work. I am not used to that kind of pampering.I have never looked forward to going to any service center before because of the hassle. TOYOTA IS HASSLE FREE, in my opinion. Thank you to Amanda and her team in that service center. Next time I will stick around and try the snacks! More

His constant running back and forth to get answers to make a better deal was a bit annoying and seemed to be a waste of everyone's time. Overall, Gerrard Gatling was very accommodating and helpful, no complaints, he was great. We love our new Rav4. However, and this is not on the salesman, but the overall time it took to get all the various paperwork completed; 3 1/2 hours is a long time to buying something that is already on site. Repetitive information should be computerized and automatically shared with Finance and Insurance so the customer doesn't have to fill out repeated forms. As much as we appreciated the one-stop-shopping to include the DMV registration and the insurance, we did not appreciate the insurance agent trying to pressure us into changing companies. Although we certainly understand he was an outside agent from the dealership, and was only trying to make his own deal, we found his attempt only distracting from the purchase of the car. He should have just given us his card and let us make a thoroughly thought out decision without his pressuring us. As it turned out, he lost his deal and we stayed with our original company. Overall, the salesman was professional and accommodating. More
