Outstanding Service I had bought my vehicle in for an oil change like I always do. The service advisor that I had assigned to me Whitney Mangano came out to see me after I had bought my vehicle in for an oil change like I always do. The service advisor that I had assigned to me Whitney Mangano came out to see me after having an Inspection. She explained to me what maintenance was needed to keep my vehicle in good running condition. There was no sales pitch from her that I needed to get these items done. She let me make that decision without pressure. That was refreshing to see!!! That's one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Westbury Toyota for my oil changes!!! More

No pushy salesmen, professional attitude, knowledgeable and friendly staff, good bagels and pound cake and decent coffee. My salesman was Victor Herrera, fairly new guy to Westbury Toyota family , but nothing short of excellence . Very patient and knowledgeable guy , knows every detail of the product he sells. I highly recommend filling out their online credit application prior to car shopping . Saves tons of time. Victor and Steve Kutner-finance manager, had me out of the door in less than 2 hours . Highly recommend Westbury Toyota, will definitively go back there when time comes to say good bye to my 2017 Highlander. More
