Let me start off first by saying I was unsure as to whether or not I wanted to continue my relationship with Westbury Toyota after the last nine years on 3 leases. I had all made up my mind that I was whether or not I wanted to continue my relationship with Westbury Toyota after the last nine years on 3 leases. I had all made up my mind that I was going to another dealership, a different type of car and I was moving past my previous experiences at Westbury Toyota, and onto an another vehicle. My first experience was not very good. My second experience was OK and my third experience was horrible. That sales person was very condescending, and talked down to me as if a woman had no idea/ business coming into a dealership and making a deal for herself . I even wrote a letter to the dealership about the treatment that I received and obviously never heard back from them so that being said, I was unsure as to what I was going to do when this lease came up on my third car. I completely understand the nature of their business and they are salesman, gbut that does not give you the right to speak to a woman or anybody in the unprofessional intimidating manner that I was spoken to. Putting that all aside I really loved my Toyota and I felt that I needed to go in and at least see what they had to say based on a conversation I had with somebody over the phone. When I went in for that meeting I was introduced to Caleb who I can honestly say was genuine, which is some thing I don’t think you find in car dealerships today. I explained to him what I needed in order to continue doing business with Westbury Toyota and he made it happen. I also explained to him that if he was going to be there to blow smoke up my butt and had absolutely no intention of trying to help facilitate this fourth lease then I would just prefer him to be honest and say I can’t do this, and I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. He definitely exceeded my expectations. The next part was my finance manager, Grace who I have dealt with on every single lease that I had at this dealership and to say that she is fabulous is an understatement. I’m sad she moved on, but I’m happy she found something to make the quality of her life better. So if you ask me if I would recommend this dealership, I would say yes, I would say speak with Caleb and give him an opportunity to see what he can do for you. Thank you Toyota for my fourth car and I hope that my next experience in 3 years would be a enjoyable as this last visit. More
