⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask for Pedro C. !! Truly exceptional experience! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pedro C. at Westbury Toyota. From the moment I walked in !! Truly exceptional experience! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pedro C. at Westbury Toyota. From the moment I walked in to look at a 2019 Tacoma, Pedro treated the entire process as if I were purchasing a brand-new, top-of-the-line 2026 model. What stood out most was that Pedro genuinely got it. He didn’t just sell me a truck, he shared in my excitement. During the test drive, the joy and relief I felt were mirrored right back to me in his demeanor. He was warm, patient, reassuring, and deeply respectful throughout the entire process. Pedro never rushed me, never minimized my questions, and never made me feel like “just another sale.” From start to finish, he was supportive, professional, and kind - and that made all the difference. And the bow on the truck for the pickup photo? I didn’t even ask. That small gesture meant more than he probably realized 🥹. If you’re buying a vehicle at Westbury Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Pedro C. He is the definition of outstanding customer service and genuinely wonderful salesmanship. More

Evin Mejia assisted me at that time, and he’s one of the most honest and straightforward sales professionals I’ve ever worked with. Despite limited inventory for the 2025 RAV4, he genuinely listened and helped me get exactly what I needed. Great experience from start to finish, honest, helpful and not pushy at all.
