My only negative was the paperwork guy who gave us a very, very hard sell on an external warranty and made my loan for 60 Months rancher than the 48 I asked for. As the last person in the process that leaves a bit of sourness to the experience. That said we would definitely consider for another purchase. More

I walked in on a Friday morning and was greeted by Jacob, I informed him that I was interested in the bronco. Jacob welcomed me and was ready to get me in one, and we were off test driving. We were buying from out of state, and feel they took advantage of us. The sales guy tried to use his health issues to make us feel bad, to help convince us to buy the car. The vehicle runs great, but he wasn't honest about all the dents and scratches on it. We bought the vehicle anyways, but then got a horrible surprise after getting it home and washing it. We don't know exactly what they used to cover the sanded down and primed spot over the back wheel well, but after washing it all the cover up came off and now it looks awful. Overall it was not a good experience and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from here again. More

If we didn’t need a car (and they had The be on their lot) I would and probably should have walked out! After asking for an appraisal they wouldn’t give my car key back, wouldnt let us leave to pick and lot) I would and probably should have walked out!
