Had an oil change. Oil leaked out in an hour. Almost fried the engine. They found their mistake and took care of it. But it cost me a half day of work. Could have been fatal to an engine of a brand new fried the engine. They found their mistake and took care of it. But it cost me a half day of work. Horrible management! THE UPPER SALES MANAGERS ARE SLEAZY! Do not buy a car from here. We made it clear that we needed a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on the vehicle we were THE UPPER SALES MANAGERS ARE SLEAZY! Do not buy a car from here. We made it clear that we needed a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on the vehicle we were purchasing....we repeated it over and over....they knew we wanted that piece of mind so when we shook hands on the agreed amount, we thought that was included in the negotiation (they never said it wasn't, but they should have said that UP FRONT!!!!) While they were running my husband's credit, has asked to make sure it included the warranty. Sales rep goes to get the sales manager and of course now they say it does not. They could not understand why we were upset. They tried to back door us!!! When we left without buying the vehicle, we looked up pricing on that same vehicle and they wanted too much for it anyway. So glad the deal didn't go down...but wish we hadn't wasted 2. hours of our time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! SLEAZY!!!! More

I dropped a star because of customer service e'mail. Customer service, so you want to know about the dealership, NOT my car purchase experience. I was looking at a Ford Ranger advertised 25k They want 41k. Internet price is to get people in the door. Management saw the screw in the rear passenger tire as did I. They sent me on my way telling me to come back Monday On the way home I lost air and took it to Discount Tire. Luckily i didn't replace the tire place fixed. I am covered for a loaner, so Friday, why do i need a credit card?? Bringing it in for some detail work. Look how much they charge and most people don't care about the customer. Worst Car Buying Experience Of All Time I am working in the Chicago area during the week but am from the Detroit, MI area. My wife was out visiting so we went to Westfield Ford to look at l I am working in the Chicago area during the week but am from the Detroit, MI area. My wife was out visiting so we went to Westfield Ford to look at leasing a new Ford F-150. I was in the negative by $4,470 and was told the best deal I could get was the truck that they sold me. $584 per month for a crew cab STX base model. NO power seats, NO heated seats, NO remote start, literally no options. The dealership also lied to us and said the truck has a 5 1/2' bed, which come to find out, it's a 6 1/2' bed. Lie after lie after lie. I reached out to a local Ford dealer in Michigan(which I should have just done from the very beginning), and was told I could receive the same truck in an XLT sport ($5,000 higher MSRP than what I just got) for $554 per month. $30 CHEAPER FOR A BETTER TRUCK!!! My lease is only 4 days old, so I contacted the dealership to try and return my vehicle. I was told that I already signed the paperwork and there's nothing they can do for me. What a joke. I will stand in front of this dealership with multiple signs every day to keep someone from buying a vehicle from this dealership. This place needs to be shut down for their absolute terrible ways of doing business. More

Service Department I bought my 2014 ford fusion from here and am satisfied with how well its been holding up. A ford was not my first option when I was purchasing a vehi I bought my 2014 ford fusion from here and am satisfied with how well its been holding up. A ford was not my first option when I was purchasing a vehicle in 2014 but a friend of mine recommended the ford fusion and i went to westfield ford test drove it and the rest is history. I still own that same car today and other than regular wear and tear the ford fusion is a great car in my book and id recommend it to whoever was in the market for a similar vehicle. The dealership has some issues here and there sometimes when i visit but they seem to recover nicely when i voice my issues when issues come up. I think they do the best that they can but do always think any dealership has the potential to be fantastic if they would listen to their customers. Trevor in the service department never lets me down the younger people in the service department need a little more experience to be good at their job but they have to learn somewhere like everyone else. More
