I had been waiting for 4 hours after a mixup with a towing company and was concerned my vehicle wouldn’t make it to the shop before the gates closed. Laurie let me know what my options were, and someone even met us at the lot when we barely made it in a little after 8. Your team cared to share about transportation options as it was getting later in the evening. Mita was great at communicating what was going on with the car and your front desk team is always friendly and helpful. It is nice to come to a dealership and feel relaxed and know everyone is kind and things will always be handled with care and excellence. Thank you More

The only reason I can not give Weston KIA a 5 is because I felt like my wishes and needs were difficult to gain. support from the salesman. First person refused to discuss anything but a Soule with me. Even after I told him that i do not like that vehicle and would not purchase one. The second salesman was dubious and had difficulty accepting my choice for financial institute. He went so far as to say "they will probably turn you down and it would be better not to consult them." I refused to proceed unless they inquired. The institute of my choice approved me and my interest rate was the lowest available at the time. I would say Weston salespeople need to listen to their customers and attempt to meet the needs and wishes without prejudice based on appearance or whatever they use to make these decisions.+ More
Problem solved Was losing antifreeze so came in to check that and did oil change at same time. Found antifreeze leak due to new radiator hose not being tightened enough on a prior visit so I ended up not being charged due to the service consultant recognizing it wasn’t done properly before. I have always had good service for my Chevy truck here and would like to thank Brian Rivers for always telling it like it is and for his honesty and advice on all my service needs More
Treated Like Royalty Was concerned about being taken advantage of at a “stealership”, but feel they did not do that. Vehicle was brought in with too much oil & oil leak, and after draining the oil, they found oil filter hadn’t been screwed on tightly by previous “quick change lube type shop”. Instead of saying I’d blown a bunch of seals, they fixed the problem. I then went ahead with recommendations for “flush” of various systems, because vehicle had been bought used. More
