Service maintenence I did not have an appointment but they took the car in within 5 minutes. Fast, friendly and courteous. Within 30 minutes a tech came to me explained w I did not have an appointment but they took the car in within 5 minutes. Fast, friendly and courteous. Within 30 minutes a tech came to me explained what had been done and the only requirement was a change of air handler filter. He even found a coupon to bring the price down. After approval it was done within 10 minutes approx. Great overall service and waiting room was comfortable and had water, coffee, doughnuts, bagels. More

Service and sales Manager We brought our car in for a recall, tire rotation, oil change and wiper blades at 10:00. Our appointment was for 10:30. We were told the car would be We brought our car in for a recall, tire rotation, oil change and wiper blades at 10:00. Our appointment was for 10:30. We were told the car would be ready by 12:00 and she would call us when it is ready. We received the call to pick up our car at 3:00. When we arrived back at Nissan we were told that the sales department was closed and the ladies at the front desk directed us to a window in the back of the sales office too pick up our car and pay. The lady at the pay window had no idea where our car was and did not know what to do. We were there about 15 minutes with no answer about our car. She then directed us to the sales manager Gene Ferrugio. When I went into his office Gene said to me that the girl was new and she did not know what she was doing. In a very rude tone of voice he raised his voice at me in front of my wife, my son and my 4 year old grandson. He told me to go out of his office and wait that he was very busy. I then raised my voice back at him and said that we were very busy too sir. My son needed the car to go to work. We went out of his office and waited. I went back in Gene office and asked what up with our car. He then yelled at me again in front of my family and said again I am busy I told you to wait. I then asked him for his business card and that's when things got really bad with him. He again scream at me to get out of his office and I am not giving you my business card, I am not giving you nothing and you are going to have to get your car Monday This was Saturday afternoon when this happened. My wife wanted me to call the police on him. He then walked away and we did know where he went to. I went looking for him and found him looking out the window by the service department. I asked Gene again what going on with our car. He told me are you blind are you deaf. That's when my son got loud with him. He again walked away with no answer. We then walked back in front of his office where my wife started to cry. We did not go there looking for trouble. We just wanted to pick up our car and go. At this time another employee came over with no problem and helped us. We paid for the service work and left. I wish we would of got the other employees name. He was very professional. We are the owners of three Nissans. I have an appointment for more service work this Saturday 4-20-19. I am going to cancel. More
