Services not as discussed I am normally quite please with my service experiences at Weston Nissan. However, I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my most recent visit. I was sent an email offering me a free oil change and multipoint inspection. The oil change was completed, but I was told I would need to return for the inspection. I had called weeks in advance and made very clear what I was coming in for. If the multipoint inspection was not going to be completed during the appointment, I should have been told. I live half an hour away from Weston Nissan and only five minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Nissan. I come to the Weston dealership because I have had good past experiences and because my salesman Rafael Robles has been exceptional. I bought the car three years ago and he stays in frequent contact to check in on the vehicle. This review is no reflection on Rafael. I will unfortunately have to rethink returning to Weston Nissan for my service needs. More
Repeat Customer Because of Great Service We leased a 2014 Leaf in 2014 from Rafael Robles. After purchase, Rafael called us various times to ensure we were still enjoying our Leaf. Fast forward 4 years when our lease expired and we came back to Weston Nissan and Rafael. Sales folks from other auto dealers knew little or nothing about the Leaf and discouraged us from buying one. Other Nissan dealers did not have the number or variety of 2018 Leafs in inventory. So glad we worked with Weston Nissan and Rafael again. He gave us no pressure to make a purchase. He explained the pricing honestly so there were no surprises in financing. We chose the car we wanted and were able to quick charge it in 40 min before we left. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you Rafael. More

The good and the bad Some of the work was not completed. I had an oil change that includes a "multi point inspection" that clearly wasn't done. The battery died two days l Some of the work was not completed. I had an oil change that includes a "multi point inspection" that clearly wasn't done. The battery died two days later so it was never tested while in the shop. The car has 33,000 miles on it and the battery should have been checked. The bad battery would have been found if it had been tested. I had to get a jump and go back. Also had the tires rotated and balanced which I assume was done as the vibration is gone. But yet the tire pressure readings on my dash show that three of the tires have 28 pounds and one has 30. The correct setting is 33. You would think that the tire pressure would be checked as part of a rotation. Now I have to go to the gas station and spend $1.25 for air. The brakes were repaired correctly and work great now. Wiper blades replaced and work good. Pick up and drop off is easy. They offer a shuttle and Denny is always professional. Been going there for two years and other experiences were better. But the quality of the service work on this visit is disappointing. More

Oil change Good, fast service. I’ve gotten service here, (where I purchased my vehicle) for over 7 years. Sometimes I’ve used a coupon or fowtten a “special”. Good, fast service. I’ve gotten service here, (where I purchased my vehicle) for over 7 years. Sometimes I’ve used a coupon or fowtten a “special”. Those seem to have shrunk or disappeared. The person that took care of me said that the web site was removed from their computers so they could no longer look up coupons for customers. Not so customer friendly. The specials and customer-centered focus kept me coming back. Now, that’s gone. My customer service rating is based on the person not on the corporate. More
