Well, we were very impressed by the Altima to say the least, and we were just as impressed and pleased by the service provided to us by Mark Mirand, who walked us through the whole experience with incredible care and patience. Phrases like "excellent customer service" or "above and beyond" would be an understatement in describing the service Mark provided for us, and by the end of the night we were extremely excited to drive home in a new Altima The entire experience with Mark Mirand was an extreme pleasure and we would return to him any day, and we will recommend him to all our friends and family!
