But after this experience to get an oil change/tire rotation taking nearly two hours to complete, I'm taking my Murano elsewhere for simple service. I made an appointment for 11AM, arrived on time, was told it would take 45 minutes to complete, and after 90 minutes of waiting I asked the service advisor Alex if it was ready, he told me it was and had been for a while. Ten minutes later I got my car back. Waiting nearly two hours for a $47 oil change is unreasonable and I will not be back for routine service again. More

First people needs to understand that We all have busy schedules and I consider disrespectful that they have made me wait for so long, from the Beg. they were suppose to tell me this was going to take some time and offer me an alternative since time for everyone is important , if you need to take time for this kind of job is understandable but then at the beg you must inform this to the customer so it will be our option to wait o check other alternatives.
