Weston Nissan - Service Center

A bit disappointed. I have purchased both of my Volvo’s at Weston Volvo. And the service was always good. However, this last experience I was not very impressed. The car I have purchased both of my Volvo’s at Weston Volvo. And the service was always good. However, this last experience I was not very impressed. The car broke down on Saturday night and had to be towed to Weston Volvo. After speaking with the service representative Luis on Monday morning, he indicated that they were backed up and would probably not get to my car on Monday. Additionally, he indicated that if a loaner was required, none were available until Thursday. The repair on the car was completed on Tuesday afternoon. A day and a half for a minor repair I don’t believe is acceptable. Regardless of my disappointment, I do appreciate them servicing the vehicle. More
