“Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. We’d like to clarify that your vehicle was brought in with two specific concerns: the center display being blank upon startup and the key fob battery requiring frequent replacement. Our technicians diagnosed both concerns and provided estimates for the recommended repairs, including the center display and key fob. Both repairs were declined at the time of service. The diagnostic fee was authorized and signed for, and although there were two separate concerns, we only charged the diagnostic fee once. Our team’s goal was to address the concerns you brought to us and provide you with the information and repair options necessary to make an informed decision. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify what was performed and hope we can have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.”
