Lack of communication from the service department for almost a week while waiting on the car. All service concerns not addressed. Dealership also did not care about exploring warranty support from Volvo almost a week while waiting on the car. All service concerns not addressed. Contacted Volvo and they at least provided support, looked into the concern and provided partial coverage. Vehicle was not cleaned after service. All the excessive residue from lubricant/ grease left all over. More
