I brought my XC60 for scheduled maintenance and front end alignment. I waited, as it is my only car. I.5 hrs later all was finished and the service rep told me there was no charge. He explained an employee alignment. I waited, as it is my only car. I.5 hrs later all was finished and the service rep told me there was no charge. He explained an employee saw my Vietnam Veteran hat and picked up the bill. I combat disabled veteran and words cannot begin to say how much I appreciate this. Anyone who would pick up a $170 bill for a total stranger is an incredible testament to his character. Thank you very much and I hope this employee is recognized. More
