Everything was great, but couldn't give you 5 stars because the car was not returned with the exact same configuration. The only thing that I didn’t like is how the financing was dealt with. I went in wanting to lease a car. I was very upfront with the sales agent letting him know my credit was good but I had a reposition was dealt with. I went in wanting to lease a car. I was very upfront with the sales agent letting him know my credit was good but I had a reposition on my credit from a divorce situation. If that was going to be a problem I wanted to know up front because I would go to my bank to look at my options for purchase. I was told as long as my credit was good leasing would not be a problem. So at that point I agreed to have my credit pulled for the lease. It wasn’t 2 minutes and the sales agent comes back and says leasing can’t be done because of the repo. Now my credit was pulled and things were moving forward with other lenders for a finance option. I felt a bit like I was lied to just to make a sale. I wish I would have been told I wouldn’t qualify for a lease up front in order to give me the option to go to my bank before credit was pulled. I ended up with a 4% rate which I know my bank would have done better the suggestion was to refinance in a few months. I love the car and would have been back to purchase.
