I am leasing a car and they had it for 4 days and they Lack of customer service. Why and how? 1. Goal of service manager is not customer oriented . I am leasing a car and they had it for 4 days and they did not fixed it. Came back and they would not give a loaner unless I beg for it. I am paying for a lease for not having a car ?? And the manager says to me his goal is mot to provide me with a car . 2. Talking to service manager , I found out that assistant service manager Adam Never input my address , email , phone number in the system ; and I have been coming to them for the 9 months. So, not organization what so ever from assistant . 3. After they supposedly”fixed my car”, I asked assistant manager to have the service manager give a call . THEY NEVER CALL ME. Not follow up ! Please have somebody give them a training on customer service asap More
