evErything was fine until, I spent almost 5 hours purchasing the SUV. Your people need a checklist of items needed to buy the car. I was asked for my drivers license, waited 45 mins as the salesma purchasing the SUV. Your people need a checklist of items needed to buy the car. I was asked for my drivers license, waited 45 mins as the salesman brought it to the manager. The. I was asked for my insurance card….waited another 45 mins. What a waste of time!!! Then they told me I could use a credit card for purchase….they pushed for a check ONLY. They were not set up for a transfer….nor was I since I was suprised by them not taking a credit card. I was paying cash for the entire amount, not financing. They offered financing with a substantial increase in cost. Long story short, I had to drive home and get a checkbook. 35 mins away. Get a check list to save time and frustration !!! More
