My car was successfully serviced and on time. I called the service center to book my appointment. I arrived and was immediately checked in and they began servicing my car. Exceptional service as usual! I took my car in servicing! When I made the apple I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car because the work was expected to be complete I took my car in servicing! When I made the apple I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car because the work was expected to be completed in under two hours; however, the technician was very accommodating and was able to find a loaner for me when I explained that I needed to get to work. I really appreciated his flexibility and thoughtfulness. Incidentally, the service on my car was completed in under two hours! More

Customer Service at its best. The service was excellent. As it turns out my car had a maintenance notice that was not accurate and the service dept was quick to figure it out.
