Personal, Quality & Fast Service! Upon arriving at the Nissan Dealership I was approached and assisted quickly. I was kept informed of the status of my car repair, throughout my visit. The service personnel appeared to make all the effort possible to resolve my car issue and they did resolve it. The Kia Dealership was unable to figure out what was wrong with my car's tire just the day before. However, at the Nissan Dealership I was relieved with the repair and fully satisfied with the service I received. I did not have to wait long for the repair. I also enjoyed the drinks and food available in the waiting room, during the little bit of time that I was there. I recommend The Nissan Dealership, for repairs. More

The waiting area is comfortable and complimentary coffee is available. I live in CT and spend a couple of months in the area and have used WV for the last several years. I have never been disappointed with WV service and always try to schedule service with Luis Gonzalez who has always been a favorite service adviser. This not to say that the other advisers are not as preferred, but Luis is particularly pleasant and welcoming. If you are looking for good Volvo service look no further than WV. More

I don’t get the reviews Just like the review below I was interested in a XC40 and my friends where interested in a XC60. First my friends drove up from Key West, we made an Just like the review below I was interested in a XC40 and my friends where interested in a XC60. First my friends drove up from Key West, we made an appointment and then WAITED 30 MINUTES to speak with a salesperson, Richard Martinez. He all of sudden was great. He told our friends he would get back to them in a day or two and find their car. He never called back in spite of them literally calling 4 times. Needless to say they moved on to Gunther Volvo where the bought the car the next day. $60K lost. They referred friends to Gunther also from Key West, they bought a XC60 also the next day. $120K lost. For me, I left many messages asks to be notified when they got the XC40s. Guess what, no call back until I sent an email terminating my interest. In the mean time Gunther called, I test drove the XC40, didn’t like and bought a XC60. Now all of a sudden Weston Volvo called me 4 times in one day. They told me their award winning customer service, etc. I asked them to stop calling and they still called and emailed. Guess what, $180K lost. Save your self some hassle, skip Weston Volvo and just go to Gunther Volvo. More
