Frank Martinez is a straight shooter. He was honest, patient and provided advice (even if it wasn't in favor of them) throughout the process. We have a beautiful XC60 Inscription and feel we received a fair deal. Frank sat with us and went through every single step of the settings before pulling off the lot. My point in sharing our history is that this dealer must train everyone the same way top to bottom which breeds consistency, behavior, communication and delivery. Thank you Frank and Weston Volvo! I made an appointment with Weston Nissan with Pedro Gonzalez as well as one at Gunther Volvo in Del Ray to look as certified, pre-owned cars. I never made it to Del Ray! When I got to Weston Volvo my sales associate, Pedro Gonzalez, was still busy with another customer so he asked a newer sales associate, Jose Jimenez, to show me 3 cars that met my needs. Pedro didn't want to make me wait. I drove 2 cars. After I drove the car Pedro had finished with his previous customer and came to talk with me. Both guys were polite, relaxed, helpful, and generous with their time. After I decided the first car was good for me we decided on a price without too much hassle Pedro spent a good deal of time "delivering" the car to me. The dealership had closed but he didn't rush through the details of the car. He was patient and thorough. Each person I spoke with at Weston Volvo was pleasant. I would go back to this dealership and I recommend Pedro. More

I must say this was my best car shopping experience ever. Gregorio Billini and Orlando De La Nuez are outstanding professionals. They were very informative, answered all of our questions patiently and made us feel at home during the car buying process. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet.
