Hernan was perfect on all of these points. I walked into the dealership still a bit unsure if the XC90 was the car for me (I was also considering a Land Rover Discovery or a Range Rover Sport), but after Hernan showed me all the features, explained to me every detail, took me for a test drive and offered me a good and honest deal, I drove out with the car. 10 stars to Hernan!!
