Just Purchased 2 - more - Volvo's from Weston Volvo. If you are reading this - you are trying to determine if Weston Volvo is the place for you to purchase your next car....... Well the answer is..... Y If you are reading this - you are trying to determine if Weston Volvo is the place for you to purchase your next car....... Well the answer is..... YES, but only if dealing with Daniel F, Pedro, or Vinnie. This week I purchased my 3rd Volvo (a 2016 XC90), as well as my daughter's 1st Volvo (a 2013 CPO S60) (which she traded in her Audi A6 for) and she is only 16, but very much a car fanatic. Let me also add that I have purchased more than 20 cars personally and More cars than I can count for my business. So I have A LOT of car buying experience - and have seen the good and the bad...... During this purchase my daughter researched the s60, researched financing and Daniel and Pedro helped her to understand the true benefits of owning a Volvo. Never pressuring her and more importantly we didn't have to try to figure out if we were at a night club or a car dealership. What I respected the most is that they treated my daughter with the same respect and professionalism as they did my wife and I; they sold the car to her not us and treated that 16 year old like she was 26 - A TRUE MARK OF PROFESSIONALISM and ability to be non-judgmental. That then lead my wife to buying her 2nd XC90 - so this marks 4 VOLVO's purchased by my family all from Weston Volvo. I have never been upset with their pricing - and have compared theirs to others and have never received a better deal elsewhere. However, if I did - my trust would still be in this dealership. Don't go anywhere else - call Daniel or Pedro (or both they are an excellent team) and just trust them - I did. bw More

This dealership stands out among the rest along that strip of roadway in Weston. A visit to Rick Case Honda, then Rick Case VW succeeded in two things, 1. A migraine, and 2. My swearing to never give a dime of my hard earned money to RC & his band of thieves. At Volvo, it was like night & day. Clean, simple but professional when u walk in. No blaring music, bright fluorescent sale signs, balloons hanging from everywhere (and thank god, no cologne drenched, arrogant, chauvinistic salesman, can u guess which place I'm referring to?) Just...professional...is the only word that comes to mind. We were looking at a couple cars, and no vultures swooped in laying down a line of BS. Instead, our sales consultant, Danny Paulino, slowly walked over & asked if we had any questions. We asked a bunch, sat in a couple cars & felt no pressure. Danny then asked, do you want to test drive one, no strings attached. So we did. Drove around local, then hit 75. Danny explained some of the key features & we returned. We asked about different options, models etc, and not once did the words "let's get some paperwork started" come out of his mouth. I was impressed with car. We told him we were looking at different cars that day & he kindly offered to get us the best quote he could, so we could compare with others the rest of the day. Unlike RC, where we couldn't even take a pic of the offer (which was pathetic, for the wrong car, for the wrong lease term, and included a trade in that we said we weren't trading in...just unbelievable). Anyway, we got the offer from Danny & WOW, what a deal. No haggling, no games, it can't be this simple right? I guess when you have people who focus on quality not quantity, and put exceptional client service at the forefront, it is that simple. Volvo, and especially Danny have a customer for life. p.s. Danny called me that night to make sure everything was ok...then 2 days later just to check on me, then I called him to ask a question. So in less than a week, 3 calls. I didn't get 3 calls total during my previous lease with Acura, unless you count the last month of the lease where I seemed to get a call every day, since they had a "great deal lined up for a preferred customer". Sorry, doesn't work like that. So if ur car shopping/browsing, try Volvo in Weston. At a minimum, you get treated like a human being, you can test drive a sweet car, and they have free coffee, cappuccino, espresso while ur there. Ask for Danny, he's the man. More

On top of accountability issues, I personally feel they use bait and switch tactics to pull a potential customer in and do not deliver what is advertised. I will no longer do business with Weston Volvo and will make sure I use social media to steer as many people away from this dealership as possible. More

I attempted to lease a car from Weston Volvo but the negotiations took a long tim I had the worst experience in the last 20 years of leasing vehicles. I attempted to lease a car from Weston Volvo but the negotiations took a long time, we were close to finish the deal but it was closing time. The manager got involved and tried to pressure me to give a deposit. He used various lies and tricks to get me to commit but I was so tired and hungry that decided to sleep over the deal and come back the next day. The next day, I visited a different dealer to compare the deal. I was offered a little better deal but on a different color car. I went back to Weston Volvo and mention the offer that I got from the other dealer. That is when the manager got very upset, threw a temper tantrum, verbally abused the salesman and walked away. I ended up agreeing to the original deal from the previous day but when the salesman went back to him he refused to continue dealing with me. Rip my application and walk away. More

He was very helpful, and not pushy at all, which is really what made it a great experience. There was little back and forth between the finance manager and Steve since he understood what we wanted and worked with us to get it. I've never bought a car in less than two hours, thank you Steve.
