After purchasing a vehicle, I quickly discovered issues that were never disclosed to me. When I brought this up with the dealership, instead of trying to help, Luis Sotillo, the manager, was extremely rude and dismissive. To the point where he went into the finance room and. Said "the car psycho lady is back. He showed zero interest in resolving the situation and made me feel like I was just an inconvenience. It was so bad that I ended up returning the car, which should never have been necessary if they had been transparent and respectful from the beginning. I expected much better from a place like Weston Volvo, but this experience was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. More
