Service manager blamed me for the issue with my passenger side seat and for buying a used car. Mentioned that I didn’t clean my car for two years and should have noticed shoes under the seat that dislodged the electrical controls. Quoted me over 1k to replace the seat motor even though I have an extended warranty on the car. I purchased this Volvo from this dealership and it was the first time I had an issue with the manager. Terribly disappointed and will not be going back.
