less than 5 months later , still issues still runs amiss idle is now extremely low and can feel from time to time misfire or something. I maintain all records for maintenance log all oil svc done within 100 miles of svc due message in dash also documented at dealership I worked for records of actual svc performed . this time they said my motor mounts are broken funny how this got missed when was in for vibration concern which happened at all speeds from 2 mph to 45 plus. and Reached out to volvo customer care , they opened a case up and the svc manager tells me cause I didn't buy the volvo from a volvo dealership that they aren't gonna help me . it's a volvo product . they give me a quote over 2k for repairs and like I said this couldn't have gone bad in 5 months time and of course after my cpo coverage is expired by time not mileage . how convenient could that be for them . I'm a proud owner of a volvo that volvo won't or can't fix . tell me how ridiculous that sounds ? 🙄 I'm absolutely livid in how I've been treated and my concerns for my investment/ s . like I said ive.owned more than 4 volvos and the last 3 I maintained on que , reringed a older s60 that had a bulletin for the piston rings over a oil type change over from a multi blend to full synthetic oil. which also got volvo to pay for that repair which was a friend of mine that I had turned her unto volvo and she loved her car but like me she didn't buy it from a volvo dealership like me , but funny how volvo payed for that repair?? so anyways you want customer satisfaction, ? don't go here .
