They tell you 1.5 will take to service your car and not give you a loaner and you waste your whole morning. Car wash is terrible, complimentary but the car comes out literally the same, nothing get wiped d give you a loaner and you waste your whole morning. Car wash is terrible, complimentary but the car comes out literally the same, nothing get wiped down. The gas station has a better car wash than this. I don't know what you need to do for a loaner car, they act like they are gifting you a car, it's almost impossible to get a loaner so plan on spending hours in the waiting area each time your car needs service. It's unfortunate because I really love my car but I don't know if I would upgrade because buying a car is a one day deal but the after part is years of service and commitment to this dealer which I'm not sure is worth it. Finally, I get a different service advisor each time. More

The service department at Weston Volvo is sub par. I have taken my car twice with the same issue and it remains unresolved. Despite the fact that I have to drive far with 30 miles to get to the dealer, I’ve taken my car twice with the same issue and it remains unresolved. Despite the fact that I have to drive far with 30 miles to get to the dealer, I’ve been asked to take the car for a third time because the technicians haven’t been able to remove the light error in the car. I am very worried about my car and the brand overall. When asked to speak with a manager, the service rep said that management is not available during the weekend. Weston Volvo failed to support my car when I need them the most :-( More
