Fine tuning This is different than any service center i have been to. they want you to come in around their schedule not yours. I insist and then they take me. This is different than any service center i have been to. they want you to come in around their schedule not yours. I insist and then they take me. When you arrive there is no service writer that comes to you and your car. You need to park and go in. If they are not texting on the phone you might be able to get their attention. I waited 20 seconds before even a nod.. I mentioned this and they said they don't come out because they do not have enough staff to do that and that is the way it always is. More
