Lack of Customer Focus My last experience was very different from the others that I've had from this dealership.I have been a big fan of the service that I had gotten in the My last experience was very different from the others that I've had from this dealership.I have been a big fan of the service that I had gotten in the past so I was very surprised when this experience was such a contrast. The initial set up was quite pleasant while setting up my appointment but when I went in for my service event at the dealership my service adviser wasn't engaging with any pleasantries, no good morning, no greeting, just looked at me and expected me to blurt out why I was there. Sort of straight to business. Asked me for my keys and did the required steps to start the process but with little to no interaction. No description of what I should expect, what the process is and when it came time to provide the loaner for me, turned me over to another service adviser without any discussion and went on to take care of another customer without another word directed to me. Now I don't need to be coddled when I come in for service and I don't expect fan fair and a lot of interaction but I got nothing, no hello, no good bye, not much in description or discussion. I can also understand when a person is having a bad day or if someone has a lot on their mind so I don't have an issue with the way I was handled but it was very different than how I've been treated in the past. In addition I have called three times throughout the course of the following day, to re-schedule another visit because I don't think the service was performed completely and have not gotten a reply to any messages that were left (2) or when I spoke to someone twice I was told to leave my contact information and that someone would get back to me because all of the service advisers were with other clients. That was four hours ago still no answer. All in all not a shining example of good customer service. More
