Fair and convenient Adam was our service Advisor. We prearranged for a loaner. The intake process for my XC90 was fast and easy. He communicated the issue with the squeak Adam was our service Advisor. We prearranged for a loaner. The intake process for my XC90 was fast and easy. He communicated the issue with the squeaking brakes and mentioned parts needed to be ordered. He called us when our service was done. When I went to pay he informed me that Volvo had replaced some of the brake parts because they weren’t happy with the squealing issue. And THAT was on Volvo. Couldn’t be a better experience.
