Terrible I bought a new Volvo XC60 December 2015. There should have been 3 year free Maintenance Program, but at the Service Desk they told me that they have m I bought a new Volvo XC60 December 2015. There should have been 3 year free Maintenance Program, but at the Service Desk they told me that they have made the first Service for the car in January 2015 and the Maintenance has been expired?!! I told them that I have bought the car as a new car and December 2015 and there are no such clause on the Sale Agreement, which says that I don't have that 3 year Maintenance Program. The Service Desk Manager told me that it's my problem to sort it out what the seller has done wrong??!! I ask him that would it be easier for him to sort it out inside Weston Volvo. He said that he will not do it. That is my first - and last Volvo. More

Attentive... when I called My car had to go into service, and they were very kind and attentive....but only when I called, I think in total I got only 3 calls and 2 of them was My car had to go into service, and they were very kind and attentive....but only when I called, I think in total I got only 3 calls and 2 of them was because I was pestering them to call me back. So my car needed two tires changed and they had NO LOANERS available, so I called EVER DAY asking for a loaner because they would never bother to call me back. I went 5 days without much update and without a car, the person originally helping me stopped responding my calls (mind you I only called once or twice a day) and never bothered to call me back even though I left a voicemail. Finally the day my car was suppose to be out of the shop I still received no update so I called about 3 times asking if my car was ready for pick up. If I had waited for a call I would probably be still without a car. Every time I was on the phone with them they treated me very kindly, and tried to seem like they were doing everything for me, but at the end of the day they wouldn't update me or call me back when they said they would. Maybe this was a fluke, and I hope it was, but I was not very happy with their services. But other than this one time I haven't had much trouble. More

Damage repair We were rear-ended in our NEW XC-60, sustaining damage to the lift gate and bumper. Repairs were performed, body work and paint are perfect. Four star We were rear-ended in our NEW XC-60, sustaining damage to the lift gate and bumper. Repairs were performed, body work and paint are perfect. Four stars instead of five because EVERY part was on back order, and took four weeks to come in. Emblems for the lift gate STILL on back order over 5 weeks later. Can’t figure out why Volvo can’t get its act together when in comes to distribution. More

I was provided the with the option of replacing just the malfunctioning part or the entire compressor which would at some point fail given the age of the vehicle. The work was done on time and as promised. More
