After an expensive repair last year, I was stunned to have my vehicle relapse into the same faults. I scheduled my appointment and kept it after the vehicle started to behave again. Took my 2022 F450 to change wheel speed sensor. They wound up having to change both sides. I went back to get my truck after dropping it off for the second time and noticed the front hub cap was mi They wound up having to change both sides. I went back to get my truck after dropping it off for the second time and noticed the front hub cap was missing on the same side that they had just changed the wheel speed sensor on. I have talked to them numerous times and still no resolution on what they did with my hubcap. I keep being told “we can’t find it and we have to talk to the manager then we’ll call you back”. I have called them 4 times and they have called me 0 times to resolve this. More
