MY husband and I had recently been in a wreck and totaled our vehicle. We were stuck between 2 dealerships and Westown Ford happened to be the one who saved us. Specifically Cierra! She is hands down the bes our vehicle. We were stuck between 2 dealerships and Westown Ford happened to be the one who saved us. Specifically Cierra! She is hands down the best car dealer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She treated us like we were family and we really believe we have made a friend. She continues to check in on us and makes sure we are doing good as well. I really thought finding a good reliable car was going to be difficult with the circumstances but I was very wrong. She made the buying experince worth it and so smooth. Another wonderful lady that helped us out tremendously is Pam! She helped us understand everything we needed to do and how our finances would look with a new car. She made understanding the fine print easy and smooth as well. All in all I would recommend both of these fine ladies to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you both for making the experience worth it. More
