Not happy that I can't make an appt ahead of time for service work . Having to call for same day is ridiculous . We have numerous other appointments and need to b able to have set time and date . The front brakes were replaced when I told them the problem was with the back brakes. Then parts were on back order for back brakes. Parts were replaced and the back roters still make a terrible noise. problem was with the back brakes. Then parts were on back order for back brakes. If this was truly the case, then the problem should have been identified and resolved!!!! Very disappointing More
