Took way too long to fix vehicle. Always waiting on parts. No one knows what is going on when you call to check in. 3.5 weeks to fix a 4hr part. When I checked in the service department, I explained that I needed to be at a doctor's appointment at a certain time, I was ensured that it shouldn't be a problem, but if it was,I would have transport t that I needed to be at a doctor's appointment at a certain time, I was ensured that it shouldn't be a problem, but if it was,I would have transport to and from doctor's office. The work was finished ahead of appointment, and I was told I had reward points to use for payment. I appreciate the great service and kindness! More
