People are really rude in Seth Kqlmqnl is the reason i give one star. I have bought 5 year oil change and service plan. He told me we are no longer kuhn so we gonna charge the regular price for oil change. He was really rude i dont like his attitude. When i went there for first time he send me kuhn walkswagon for oil change. I thought it is ok he might have bad day. But this the second time he did the same thing.I told him i want to talk to you boss. He call his superior and he also not give me the answer i need. Relly bad experiance. I dont wanna buy car from westshoar honda. Even i an going to tell my relative and friends about it that dont buy car from here .:( More
