Darius and Jacob efficiently worked with me over text and email… negotiating the price and trade in value. When the time came for me to go to the dealership, everything was already agreed upon. They met me at the dealership door and immediately gave me a test drive on my vehicle, introduced me to my device tech, and then sat me down to sign the docs while they detailed my car and processed my trade in. A process that normally probably takes 3-4 hours was completed in just over one hour. I was in and out!!!… all because they knew that it was important to me. More

This was the easiest & fun car leasing experience I have ever had. Ziad was so helpful and made a seemingly impossible deal happen. He is a great asset to your dealership. I usually hate having to car shop and dealing with the typical slick car guys with the high pressure sales. Ziad doesn't do that and he was straightforward and didn't try to force a deal that would have uncomfortably stretched my budget. Kate in finance was also fantastic ans was even able to shave another $10 off my payment. This was truly the best car buying experience and I have already recommended Westshore ,Ziad, and Kate. I also want to include a thank you to George. The day I got my car the gas card wasnt working. I stopped in the next day to get the tank of gas and Ziad was not there. George took me to the gas station and hooked me up with a tank of gas. They are all assets. Treat them well, I hope to work with them all again in 3 years when my lease is up. More

I always get my car serviced at Westshore and the past few times Andrew Burgos has been my service agent. He is usually able to get me in on the same day even for my routine service. I really trust Andrew’s recommendations for my car, I don’t feel like he is trying to take advantage of me by adding services that I don’t need and he breaks down what is going on in terms I understand.
