Convenient location and the moment I got out of the car, Mike Ruiz was waiting for me! I already saw the car I wanted online and he didn’t play games with me or waste my time which was amazing! He took me right to her and we got right down to business. My only complaint is that we were there for like 6 hours and that was frustrating and very aggravating. There is most definitely a need to have the process more streamlined. I had to talk my mother out of leaving twice because she was over the wait. A sale nearly got lost because of that! Luckily we LOVED Mike, as well as our finance guy and insurance gal! It was because of Mike and his charming personality that we stuck it out for 6 hours!
