He was very patient, straight forward, easy to talk to and most importantly listened and took care of my family. I never thought I wanted to buy new but it made sense for my family and our new 2015 Honda Odyssey is awesome! The experience with Bill and this dealership was top notch. Best experience ever with car buying! I purchased my jeep just 4 days ago. I had gone to several dealerships prior to, and they were all very pushy, and made me feel uneasy. When I went to I purchased my jeep just 4 days ago. I had gone to several dealerships prior to, and they were all very pushy, and made me feel uneasy. When I went to Kuhn, my salesmen (Tom Higgins) was very easy to talk to, and on point with everything. I told him what I wanted to spend, and we didn't leave that table till I was happy! Tom Higgins was the best salesmen I have ever had no pressure! Then when it came down to the financing, I dealt with Tansel Erten. He was down to earth, and quick. He asked me if I wanted gap insurance, I told him I was exactly were I wanted to be as far as budget, and he threw it in anyways. The two of them made me feel very confident about my purchase, and even followed up with a phone call days later to make sure. I will always use them from now on! More
