Be prepared to sit for a while because they take FOREVER to do an oil change. It’s always 2 hours minimum wait. They should make a lane just for oil changes. Lleve mi carro por mantenimiento, luego me dijeron que el aire acondicionado estaba con garantia extendida y que iban a reemplazar unas partes, luego ese mismo dia me dijeron que tenia que retirar el vehicul aire acondicionado estaba con garantia extendida y que iban a reemplazar unas partes, luego ese mismo dia me dijeron que tenia que retirar el vehiculo, cuando llegue al dealer el AC no funciona y me dijeron que tenia que regresar al siguiente dia, que no podian dejar el carro ingresado ese mismo dia, luego volvi al dia siguiente a las 7 am, no estuvo listo ese mismo dia sino hasta el siguiente dia. Llegue el dia siguiente a recoger mi carro y cuando recorri como 5 minutos el AC dejo de enfriar y ahora el AC deja de enfriar en cualquier momento y cuando llame para reclamar por la falla me dijeron que era un problema diferente al que cubre la garantia, cuando antes mi AC funcionaba correctamente, estoy decepcionado de todo el tiempo invertido y de la mala calidad de servicio. Ahora tengo que ir nuevamente a ver con que historia me salen y seguro que van a querer cobrarme por reparar algo que dañaron. More
