It was a horrible experience. I went in for an oil change before I went in. I called the lady to make the appointment asked her how long the appointment would be she said 90 minut I went in for an oil change before I went in. I explained that I have my elderly mother with Alzheimer’s with me so I made the appointment came in as the service manager (Angel Santiago) who is helping me how long if they’re running behind he said no probably be about an hour and 2 1/2 hours go by. I’m waiting for someone to come out and give me an update to do something. I finally called him. He said it’s gonna be another 25 minutes then another guy came out says it’s gonna be another 25 minutes and then I go out to pick my car up. they said it’s ready I go outside. The guy looks at me says do you see your car. I said no I don’t see my car. I thought you said it was ready . He said let me look for it another 10 minutes. It was just a cluster of mess up and the guy had no clue didn’t care about me had terrible customer skills and I will never be back. More

I would give this place negative if I could the sales department they sell piece of xxxx cars that don’t even last a year after purchasing the service department is the worst in the whole entire building department they sell piece of xxxx cars that don’t even last a year after purchasing the service department is the worst in the whole entire building. They put me through xxxx had my car for over a month had me in tears and having panic attacks all while being pregnant and there’s still stuff wrong with the car and now they’re trying to accuse me of causing the damage to my car so that they don’t have to fix it again. This is by far the worst dealership ever and I do not recommend anybody to purchase anything or use the service department because they will not fix your car. They will only make it worse and then blame you for it. More
