I think I've bought my last eight vehicles from Westside KIA. In all those years I've received nothing but outstanding service, reasonable deals, excellent Customer Care and honesty from them. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Baker Nissan was very satisfied with the dealership as a whole BUT Rick and Mike won me over. Rick sent Mike out to greet me with a warm handshake and greeting, was a very satisfied with the dealership as a whole BUT Rick and Mike won me over. 1. I ordered a hubcap to replace one that came off. They could not find it. 2. I made an appointment for an emissions test on Monday for an appointment on Friday. 3. They said I told them it would be drop-off, I never said that. I wait for my car to be done. Altogether I was at Kia for almost 3 hours for the hubcap and the emissions test. Then I drove away without the hubcap and now I have to return after they order another one. Usually my visits to Kia are fine. Kevin is always kind and helpful. This visit was frustrating. I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 1.5 hours. It ended up taking over 2 hours and the tires were not rotated. I will be going to a different service center for my future needs. I had a previous problem getting my service contract cancellation processed on the previous vehicle I had purchased from your dealership. The finance manager Fernando ignored my correspondence repeatedly even though he told me to email him once the loan was paid off on that vehicle. I finally had to go to the dealership and was finally helped by Mr. Jolla. Then, I had to inquire about the status of the refund and of course, when I did, the refund was miraculously ready for pickup. Unfortunately, my business and future business is done with Westside Kia. More
