We attempted to purchase from a different dealership and was not impressed. Frank at Westside Kia was very informative and walked us through a lot of details that we didn't have previously. when you schedule appointment for oil change & update GPS system only to be given appt to do your own update is not acceptable!!!!!!!!! Was never told both could not be done. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get my appointment scheduled so quick on a holiday week and then for the repairs to be completed ahead of what I was told. My only complaint would be that appointment scheduled so quick on a holiday week and then for the repairs to be completed ahead of what I was told. My only complaint would be that one of the issues was 1000 miles out of warranty- faulty gas cap. To me, that should have a long warranty. More
