I was very happy to hear that Westside Lexus could order a car with exact specs that I wanted, if I was willing to wait. I was, and the car was delivered in ~4.5 months. We love our new RX450h! My only small complaint was that it took about 2 hours to receive delivery of the car at the dealership, even though I was paying cash. Seems like it could have been a bit quicker, but overall a great experience. More
