However, I cannot recommend this dealership based on their trade in practices. On a wait list they have you locked in, and regardless of what KBB, carmax, NADA show your vehicle as worth they show up with a pile of bogus reasons to lowball you, knowing that the waitlist vehicle can just go to someone else. Lexus makes a great car. John was great. Go elsewhere if you have a trade. More
